The EAIE Academy takes place twice a year, in spring and autumn, every time in a different city in Europe. The event offers a set of in-depth courses in one week, giving participants the possibility to tailor their own schedule.
Autumn Academy in Porto, Portugal

The 2012 Autumn Academy was hosted by University Fernando Pessoa in Porto. The event brought together more than 150 higher education professionals and offered courses on topics such as internationalisation at home, strategic international planning, website optimisation, foreign credential evaluation, international student recruitment, international master degree admissions and more.
Spring Academy in Gothenburg, Sweden
23-27 April 2012
The second Academy took place at the University of Gothenburg and gathered around 150 participants from more than 20 countries. The programme featured eight courses on topics such as benchmarking, online marketing and recruitment, student support, summer schools, double degrees, crisis management and teaching.
Autumn Academy in Valencia, Spain

The first Academy was held at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and comprised eight training courses on subject matters such as managing international offices, cultural learning in education abroad, internationalisation at home, international marketing,
evaluating foreign credentials and intercultural competency.
