Important information

The largest event of its kind in Europe, the Annual EAIE Conference will take place from 15–18 September in Nantes, France. Join fellow international higher education professionals for hands-on workshops and cutting-edge sessions highlighting the latest trends in the field.

22nd EAIE Conference largest to date!

Thank you to all conference participants for making the 22nd Annual EAIE conference such a success! 3642 people joined us from 82 countries around the world. 384 institutions filled over 1700 m2 of exhibition space, making it the largest Exhibition to date.


Thank you to all speakers and chairs for making knowledge work and thank you to our keynote speaker, Leymah Gbowee, for reminding us of the importance to "stand up and stand tall."

We look forward to seeing you in Copenhagen in 2011!

Session handouts now available

Session presentations from the Conference in Nantes are now available. Log on to MyEAIE and select the session of your choice.

Workshop handouts

Please note that the workshop presentations are not available online. These can be sent to workshop participants upon request. Please contact Maarit Hietanen at the EAIE Office.

Lost & Found

Did you lose anything during the conference? If it was handed in to the Information Desk, we can send it to you. Please e-mail your inquiries to the EAIE Office and we will try to help.

Conference evaluation

In order to help us continue to improve your conference experience, we kind request that you complete the online evaluation (link recently mailed to you). The 300th respondent will receive a fee waiver to next year's conference.

Poster session contest winners

Congratulations to Nosheen Naseem and Sophie Ball from Middlesex University for winning the poster session contest. Be sure to pick up the Conference Report at the end of December to read more about their winning poster (number 21) and the inspiring project in Pakistani universities.
