The EAIE Exhibition will be held alongside the 23rd Annual Conference from 14–16 September 2011 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The exhibition is a unique opportunity to present your programmes and services to more than 4000 higher education professionals from all over the world.

The EAIE exhibition is organised in cooperation with ICWE GmbH. The 2011 EAIE Exhibition is now sold out, but you can Contact ICWE for more information about next year’s Exhibition.
Info for exhibitors
We look forward to welcoming all exhibitors to the 23rd Annual EAIE Conference in Copenhagen. The exhibition will be located within the conference venue and will be easily accessible for all conference participants. With more than 2400m² of exhibition space, it will be the largest to date!
Registration
Exhibitors are entitled to a number of free conference registrations (fee waivers) per booth and a number of conference registrations at the reduced rate of €390 for exhibition staff:

For stands larger than 24m², please contact ICWE directly to find out how many fee waivers and reduced rates you are entitled to.
Please note that the reduced rate for exhibition staff (€390) will only be available during online registration. Details about the registration process are sent to all main stand contacts.
