The EAIE has the following positions available.

Junior Marketing & Communications Assistant

The EAIE is seeking an eager and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Assistant to be part of its growing Marketing and Communications Team.


Main tasks include:

  • Assist in generating buzz, build awareness, drive website traffic and tune-in through marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of various promotional materials for the EAIE’s activities.
  • Assist with updates to the EAIE’s website, blog, and social media.
  • Conduct targeted e-mail marketing.
  • Conduct market and competition research for the EAIE’s activities.
  • Collaborate with the team on new ideas, projects, and tools for marketing, membership and communications.

Marketing & Communications Intern

The EAIE is seeking an eager and enthusiastic intern to assist the Marketing and Communications Team in its work. We are looking for a hard-working team player with a ‘can do’ attitude who is interested to work for a dynamic international non-profit organisation.

Temporary Events Registration Assistant

The EAIE is looking for a temporary Events Registration Assistant to assist in the busy conference registration period (May 2015–November 2015).
 
Main tasks include:
  • Assisting our clients with the registration process (telephonically and via e-mail).
  • Assisting our clients at the onsite registration desk in Glasgow.
  • Updating the customer database.
  • Perform general administration, reception and office tasks.
  • Supporting staff in assigned project-based work.
