Your stand fee includes the publication of one profile in the Conference Programme. The published information will include your organisation’s name, stand number, contact person, e-mail address, URL and a brief description highlighting your products and services. There will also be an online version available. For information on the entitlements for exhibition stands larger than 36 m², please refer to the terms and conditions or contact ICWE.

Please note: we do not issue ‘exhibitor only’ passes.

 

Are you a Sponsor of the EAIE Conference?

Platinum and Gold sponsors of the EAIE Conference will be offered a privileged corner stand at the reduced rate of a row stand.

 

Network beyond the exhibition!

The EAIE encourages exhibition staff not to limit their interaction with conference participants to the exhibition hall. Staff can network with participants and discover current international education market trends during any of the sessions and dialogues, which are all free. Staff registration includes:

• Access to the exhibition
• Access to all sessions and dialogues
• Access to all free networking events (for which pre-registration may be required)
• Lunches and coffee breaks on exhibition days (Wednesday – Friday)

If you would like to register for additional events such as workshops, information day visits or other networking events (subject to availability), you can do so at an additional cost during on-site registration.
