23rd Annual EAIE Conference – Cancellation policy
- For cancellations by 1 August
- No charge
- For cancellations between
2 and 26 August - 50% of registration fee charged
- For cancellations after 26 August
- Full fees charged
Transfer of registration
A participant may send an e-mail to the EAIE requesting a transfer of registration to a colleague, free of charge. Any transfer requests received before 26 August will be processed ahead of the conference. Any requests thereafter will need to be done on-site by the replacement participant.
Cancellation of Information day visits
Cancellation is possible free of charge up until 26 August, after which date the full fee will be charged. Please note: visits will not be cancelled even if attendance is low. However, the schedule may be changed if the group is small. All participants will receive a final schedule for the visit bye-mail after 26 August.
All cancellation requests, transfer requests or changes to registration must be sent via e-mail.
