BDP terms and conditions

All reservations will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis and according to availability. Although BDP will do its best to find suitable accommodations for all the participants, the preferred hotel might not be available at the time of booking. All prices on the online registration form are shown per room/per night in DKK and include breakfast and service charges.

 

Deposit and payment policy

Reservation of conference hotels can be made by completing the online registration form. To successfully make your reservation, the cost of the first night must be paid by credit card to BDP Event & Congress. This first night serves as a deposit. The same credit card serves as a guarantee for the remaining nights, which must be settled directly with the hotel upon arrival.

Changes to an existing reservation can be made by logging in to the online registration form, up until 15 August 2011. After this date, changes can only be made in writing by sending an e-mail to eaie@bdp.dk.

 

Cancellation policy

For cancellations made before 15 August 2011, the deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made after 15 August 2011, the full amount will be charged to the credit card unless the hotel or BDP Event & Congress is able to re-sell the room, in which case the deposit will be refunded. Reimbursement will be settled after the conference.

All cancellations must be sent in writing to eaie@bdp.dk.

Please note that the administration fee of DKK 90/EUR 12 will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
