One of the EAIE's main goals is to meet the needs of international educators around the world. To this end the EAIE offers a wide range of opportunities for professional development. Whether you have already been working in international education for many year or if you have just started working in the field of internationalisation, the EAIE has the right seminar or training course for you. Take your pick from:
Training courses
EAIE training courses usually last between 2 and 4 days and offer practical training at different levels, from beginner to advanced. Topics include: credential evaluation, intercultural communication, management skills, student advising, marketing and recruitment.
Professional Development ModulesNEW
These modules will give EAIE members an opportunity for professional development on an academic level. The EAIE will offer one-week modules in association with different European universities. Upon successful completion of the module ECTS credits will be awarded. These credits will be recognised for related degree programmes at the university offering the module.
Executive Forums
These short seminars are aimed at professionals at management and strategic levels of internationalisation and offer them the latest information on international education and the chance for indepth discussions with experts and colleagues.
Seminars
The aim of a seminar is to increase participants' knowledge of broad themes, rather than concentrating on the improvement of skills which is more the focus of the training courses and conference workshops.
