EXTENDED EXHIBITION AREA
We are happy to let you know that we have extended the exhibition area due to the strong demand for booth space.
To register as an exhibitor please fill in the online application form.
Exhibition venue
The EAIE Exhibition is an excellent place to make new contacts and to learn about new programmes, products and publications in the field of international education. This year’s Exhibition will be the largest to date, at 1500m2. The Exhibition will be located within the conference venue and will be easily accessible for all conference participants. It will incorporate a number of points for networking and refreshments and a range of special activities – so make sure to plan some time in your conference schedule for visiting the Exhibition!
Official opening
The EAIE Exhibition will be officially opened with a ceremony on Thursday 17 September, at 09.30.

Students
Students can visit the Exhibition free of charge. To access the Exhibition they will need to show their student ID. We encourage you to inform your students about this opportunity.

The Exhibition may be sold out but here are other ways to increase your organisation’s visibility at the conference:
