Strategies
At the annual conference of the EAIE, ACE organises training workshops in the field of credential evaluation, and sessions targeted both for ACE members and for EAIE members at large in the field of recognition and student mobility. There have been presentations on the credential systems of many individual countries, including Brazil, South Africa, China, Romania, Chile, India, The Baltic States, Tunisia and Iran. More general themes have also been discussed, such as the Recognition Conventions of the Council of Europe, the development of libraries and networks, collaborative European academic awards, the techniques of credit transfer and quality assurance.

ACE has set up a membership database including details about each member's professional field and areas of specialisation. A directory listing this information is mailed to EAIE members who have ACE as their first affiliation, and is available upon request.
