ACE aims to serve the interests of its members and of other EAIE members involved in credential evaluation, student mobility and recognition of periods of study abroad.

The primary objective of ACE is to help further the level of professional competence and expertise of its members, by:

• Improving and enhancing communication between its members, thus making available to all of them the enormous potential of information already existing throughout the group;
• Identifying recognition problems and providing a forum for discussion;
• Helping to review and develop structural arrangements for the evaluation of foreign qualifications and the recognition of periods of study abroad;
• Providing background information and expertise on recognition matters, in furtherance of the activities of the EAIE.
