Readership
The readership consists of higher education professionals and through them you will be able to reach out to over 10 million students world wide.
Cancellation policy
If an advertiser cancels his or her advertisement reservation and notifies the EAIE in writing (fax and e-mail are acceptable) at least four weeks before the artwork deadline, no charge will be made. However, for cancellations made less than four weeks before the artwork deadline, a cancellation charge of 25% of the price for placement will be made (to cover administration costs and the extra work of redoing the layout of the publication at such a late stage).
Advertising materials policy
Advertising materials will be returned upon written request. Materials are kept for 12 months after final publication and then discarded.
Terms and agreements
- It is assumed that advertisers have read the rate card and agree to its conditions without any further contract or notice.
- EAIE reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement at any time.
- EAIE shall be under no liability for its failure, for any cause, to insert an advertisement.
- Positioning of advertisements is solely at the discretion of the EAIE.
- Acceptance of advertising does not imply endorsement by the EAIE.
- The advertiser and agency assume liability for all content, including text and illustrations of advertising published.
- Advertisements that discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, political conviction or national or ethnic origin will not be accepted.
- The EAIE does not accept advertisements that it judges to be in conflict with the aims and values of the EAIE and its members.
- Charges for changes from original layout and copy will be based on current composition rates.
